The Journalism Department held an online meeting on February 26, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. The meeting was attended by Bekir Bayram, President of the Journalists' Association; Egemen Öğütçü from Yeşil Giresun Newspaper; Ufuk Kekül from Giresun 28 Haber; Dr. Songül Tan, Assistant Professor from the Department of Visual Communication Design at Artvin Çoruh University; Neslihan Erzincan Özgür, President of the Giresun Photography Art Association; and Nagihan Bektaş, one of our graduates. During the meeting, the opinions of external stakeholders were gathered regarding the program learning outcomes and objectives of our department. In addition, evaluations were made regarding internship and job opportunities. The feedback from the participants provided important insights that will guide the academic and professional activities of our department.
